RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase at ByTiar! We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, so we are happy to offer returns and refunds under certain circumstances.
FOR HANDMADE SOAPS (NATURAL/ARTISANAL)
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for soap products. We encourage you to gift any unused products which are not satisfied with to your friends or family. Any clearance items and shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if your goods were damaged or you have received a wrong order, you have 3 calendar days from the day your order was delivered to request a refund or exchange for any damaged products, please reach out to us contact@bytiar.com with yur order confirmation number, a photo of the damaged product, and reason for the refund request. ByTiar may deny the refund request if the correspondence between you and ByTiar does not reasonably indicate the product is damaged.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Our designs are all printed on demand so for this reason, we will only return items if they are defective or damaged so make sure you're deciding on the size and color perfect for you, shoot us an email about sizing anytime! If you need to return it for the same item due to damages, send us an email at contact@bytiar.com and send your item to the return address is on the package you received!

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@bytiar.com
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Since our designs are printed on demand, we can only accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. To ensure a perfect fit and style, double-check our size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps: Take clear photos or videos that clearly show the damage or defect. Send an email to contact@bytiar.com with the following information: Your order number, a description of the issue (damaged or defective) and photos or videos of the damage/defect.
Once we receive your email and verify the problem, we'll notify you of the outcome.
We currently don't offer exchanges due to changes in size or color preference.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOMS FEES NOTICE
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, ByTiar will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge. You are responsible for entering the correct information. For Direct-To-Garment printing products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
