SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the details and terms regarding the shipment of your orders from our Shopify store. We ship orders every day of the week. We do our best to ship products as quickly as possible, however as a small business with limited inventory and high demand, it is likely that sometimes your order may be delayed.

Please be sure that your shipping address provided is correct and available to receive your packages to avoid redelivery fees.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

FOR HANDMADE SOAPS (NATURAL/ARTISANAL) 

  1. ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way! 
  2. LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within [insert distance] of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before [time] during store hours [insert store hours] will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to the following countries: [list of countries]. If relevant you can also include countries you don’t ship to: At this time, we do not ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.  You can include broader delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 30 days or more) Estimated delivery time for international shipping is 8-30 days since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ByTiar is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact@bytiar.com  as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact@bytiar.com .
  4. Goods will be shipped out within 2-3 business days (within Singapore) and 8  - 30 business days (international) via courier and maybe with tracking number will be provided (depending on courier company). All standard orders (non-promotional item and non-bulk order) above S$100 will enjoy complimentary shipping within Singapore to one address.

 

FOR CURATED PRINTS

  1. Our Print Providers are able to ship to most countries, except for North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
  2. Fulfillment Time: Our average fulfillment time is between 2 and 7 business days. This includes processing your order, packaging, and handing it over to the shipping carrier. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays, or any unexpected delays.
  3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes: a. Domestic US Shipping: We offer domestic shipping within the United States. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically between 2 and 10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.
    b. International Shipping: We also offer international shipping for customers outside of the United States. Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance and other factors. The estimated delivery time for international orders is generally between 10 and 30 business days.
  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary depending on the product(s) you order, the destination, and the shipping method selected. To provide transparency and ensure clarity, the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout phase. Please review the shipping cost information before finalizing your purchase.
  5. Tracking Orders: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. This will allow you to stay updated on the status and location of your shipment. A few of our Print Providers do not offer tracked carrier services for their orders, example, phone cases by WOYC.
  6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may vary and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on the regulations and fees specific to your country.
  7. Order Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
  8. Lost or Damaged Shipments: We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, in the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide appropriate assistance.
  9. These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/ cancellation of the product or the order.
  10. All shipping addresses.The following shipping address requirements are applicable to all destinations:
  • The shipping address must be exclusively in English characters.
  • ByTiar does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
  • Delivery to a PO box
  • Delivery to a PO box is advised only for destinations in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is not advisable and is at the customer’s own risk.
  • The correct address formatting guidelines should be followed when a shipment is directed to a PO box:
    • First name: John (matching the name on the box)
    • Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)
    • Address 1: PO Box 1776
    • Zip code: 28034
    • City: Dallas
    • Country: United States
    • Note: Deliveries to a PO box might encounter delays or issues, even when the address guidelines are followed. It’s your decision whether to orders with PO box addresses or door delivery. If you choose PO box, you acknowledge of potential delivery risks, as the delivery guarantee is smaller compared to door delivery. Please note that if the address guidelines aren’t followed, or if order tracking confirms successful delivery, we won’t be able to offer compensation.

 

Shipping to or within Germany

There are specific shipping requirements for orders delivered to home addresses in Germany as well as those sent to parcel lockers (Packstations) or collection points (Paketfiliale or Paketshop). It’s crucial for you or your customers to adhere to the guidelines below to ensure a successful delivery.

Requirements for home delivery  

For a successful home delivery, the following should be provided:

  1. Recipient’s name (matching the name on the apartment building)
  2. Street address and house number
  3. Apartment number (if applicable)
  4. Floor number (optional)
  5. Zip code
  6. Country

If the recipient doesn’t provide the listed information, the carrier might be unable to identify the recipient’s apartment. As a result, the shipment will be returned without any further delivery attempts by the carrier.

Note: PO box addresses can’t be used for orders to or within Germany.

Requirements for shipments delivered to a parcel locker or Packstation

Note: Deliveries to a parcel locker are available only for orders being shipped to or within Germany. Deliveries to a parcel locker in another country are not supported at this time and will be returned to the sender.

For deliveries to Packstation (or Paketfiliale/Paketshop) addresses, all of the following criteria must be met:

  1. The order recipient needs to activate their Deutsche Post/DHL account for both options (Packstation and Paketfiliale/Paketshop). Failure to do so may lead to the shipment being returned.
  2. Once activated, they will receive a postal number, which must be entered in either the “First name” or “Last name” line of the address. Failing to comply with this requirement will result in the number not being recognized, leading to the return of the order. The correct address format for a delivery to a Packstation or Paketfiliale/Paketshop is as follows:
    • First name: John Smith
    • Last name: 1234567890 (postal number)
    • Address 1: Packstation 104
    • Zip code: 46282 
    • City: Dorsten
    • Country: Germany

Shipping to Brazil

It is mandatory to include your CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) tax number XXX.XXX.XXX-XX which you can add to the "Address 2" line and your phone number to ensure a smooth delivery.

Shipping to Chile

It is mandatory to include the recipient’s RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Unico Tributario) tax number XX.XXX.XXX-Z (7 or 8 digits, plus a verification digit) which you can add to the "Address 2" line and your phone number to ensure a smooth delivery.
